For clients it is complicated to have the right amount to be paid to each worker according to their contracts and novelties. It's a lot of work uploading your settlement to Ontop if you leave it until the end of the month and don't make your payments on time.
Client needs
- Clients face complexity when calculating payments for their workers, often due to varying employment contracts and changing circumstances (novelties).
- There is a pressing need for a streamlined solution that simplifies the entire process, reducing the risk of errors and delays in payment calculations.
- Clients require a user-friendly platform that eases the burden of uploading settlements to Ontop, which is currently time-consuming and prone to errors when left until the end of the month.

Delivery
This project aims to address the challenge of efficiently and accurately managing client payment settlements for workers. By automating contract management, novelty tracking, and payment calculations, and by ensuring timely payments and integration with Ontop, the system will enhance efficiency and compliance while reducing administrative burden.
